Why the change? Our legislative map is updated every 10 years to keep up to date with changes in our population to ensure that your elected representatives are the best representations of the areas that they serve. This new district will take effect after the general election is finalized, and representatives are sworn in to serve you in the 2023-2024 PA session. Your election ballots will contain candidates reflecting these updates, but your current representatives will continue to serve you and their current districts from now until the change takes effect in January 2023.
