Black Lives Matter

Justice in this country is long overdue for the Black community. As your Representative and as an ally, I will continue to fight for reparations for the Black community, and to promote legislation to include Black history and culture in school curriculum. I will work to help tear down the oppressive policies that are written into our laws. I know that there is a lot of work to be done. I will continue to educate myself, work actively be an ally, and most importantly, listen to the voices of the Black community that have been silenced for too long.
